         Indicators of peripheral blood

          3.1 白細胞總數:高劑量組雌性動物藥后14天外周血白細胞總數低于對照組,藥后28天及停藥后與對照組相比無顯著差異;其余各組間無顯著差異(表15)。

          Total WBCs: The total WBCs in the peripheral blood of female animals in the high-dose group 14 days after administration were lower than those in the control group, and there was no significant difference in total WBCs between the animals 28 days after administration & after withdrawal and the control group. There was no significant difference among other groups (Table 15).

          3.2 白細胞分類計數:試驗期內各組動物外周血中性粒細胞、嗜酸性細胞、嗜堿性細胞、單核細胞相對值和絕對值基本一致(表16~25);高劑量組雌性動物給藥14天外周血淋巴細胞絕對值顯著低于對照組,停藥后恢復(表23)。

          Different count of WBCs: During the experimental stage, the relative and absolute values of neutrophilic granulocytes, acidophilic cells, basophilic cells and mononuclear cells in the peripheral blood of animals in each group were basically consistent (Table 16-25). The absolute values of peripheral blood lymphocytes of female animals in the high-dose group 14 days after administration were lower than those in the control group, and were recovered after withdrawal (Table 23).

          3.3 紅細胞數和血紅蛋白含量:大鼠口服XXX對外周血紅細胞數無影響,中、高劑量組雌性動物停藥后60天血紅蛋白含量低于對照組(表26~27)。

          RBCs and Hb content: Oral administration on rats with XXX had no effect on RBCs of peripheral blood, and the Hb content of female animals in the intermediate-dose and high-dose groups 60 days after withdrawal was lower than that in the control group (Table 26~27).

          3.4 血細胞比容:各組動物外周血血細胞比容無統計學差別(表28)。

          HCT: There was no statistic difference in HCT of peripheral blood among groups (Table 28).

          3.5 血細胞指數:試驗期內各組動物外周血平均紅細胞血紅蛋白(MCH)含量、外周血平均紅細胞血紅蛋白濃度(MCHC)均無明顯差異;高劑量組雄性動物藥后14天外周血平均紅細胞容積(MCV)增高,統計差別顯著(表29~31)。

          Hematocyte indicators: There was no significant difference in MCH (mean corpuscular hemoglobin) content and MCHC (mean corpuscular-hemoglobin concentration) in the peripheral blood of animals among each group during the experimental stage. The MCV (mean corpuscular volume) of peripheral blood of female animals in the high-dose group was increased, and there was statistically significant difference (Table 29~31).
