          共檢測了15項血清生化指標。給藥14天時,高劑量組雌性動物的丙氨酸氨基轉移酶(ALT)降低,中、高劑量組雌雄性動物的天門冬氨酸氨基轉移酶(AST)降低,中、高劑量組雌性動物的堿性磷酸酶(ALP)降低,高劑量組雄性動物的肌酐(Cre)降低,高劑量組雌性動物的總膽固醇(CHO)升高,中劑量組雄性動物及高劑量組雌雄性動物的血糖(GLU)升高,中劑量組雄性動物及高劑量組雌雄性動物的磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)降低,中、高劑量組雄性動物的甘油三酯(TG)降低,高劑量組雄性動物的氯離子含量降低。給藥28天時,中、高劑量組雄性動物的ALT降低,中、高劑量組雌雄性動物的AST降低,中、高劑量組雄性動物的Cre降低,中、高劑量組雌性動物的CHO降低而雄性動物的CHO升高,三個劑量組雄動物的GLU升高,中、高劑量組雌性動物的總蛋白(TP)及白蛋白(Alb)降低,三個劑量組雄性及中、高劑量組雌性動物的CK降低,中劑量組雌雄性動物的甘油三酯(TG)降低,中、高劑量組雌雄性動物的鈉離子含量出現升高或降低,高劑量組雌性動物的氯離子含量升高。停藥1個月時,除高劑量組(包括個別中劑量組)動物的ALT、AST及離子濃度仍略有改變外,各劑量組動物的其它血清生化指標與對照組動物相比,沒有明顯差異。

On the 28th day after the administration, ALT decreased in the male animals in the middle- and high-dose groups; AST decreased in the male and female animals in the middle- and high-dose groups; Cre decreased in the male animals in the middle- and high-dose groups; CHO decreased in the female animals in the middle- and high-dose groups, while increased in the male animals; GLU increased in the male animals in the three dose groups; The total protein (TP) and albumin (Alb) decreased in the female animals in the middle- and high-dose groups; CK decreased in the male animals in the three dose groups and in the female animals in the middle- and high-dose groups; Triglyceride (TG) decreased in the male and female animals in the intermediate-dose group; Sodium ion content increased or decreased in the male and female animals in the middle- and high-dose groups and chloride ion content increased in the female animals in the high-dose group. One month after the drug withdrawal, except the slight changes in the ALT, AST and ion concentration in the animals in the high-dose group (including individual intermediate-dose groups), the other serum biochemical indicators of the animals in each dose group had no significant difference as compared with those of the animals in the control group.
